Privacy Requests

If you would like to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or information about personal data Cogerphere processes about you, contact support@cogerphere.com.
We handle access requests, correction requests, deletion requests, consent-withdrawal requests, and privacy complaints through this channel. Each request is logged internally, and we verify identity appropriate to the request before disclosing or modifying personal information. Never send passwords or authentication secrets by email.

What to include
- the email address you used with us (so we can locate your data);
- what you are asking for and the relevant date range, if any;
- for correction requests, the corrected information;
- for deletion requests, whether you want deletion of a specific message or all data we hold about you; and
- any information that helps us verify you are the person the data relates to.
What happens next
We acknowledge requests and respond within the timelines required by applicable law. Where identity cannot reasonably be verified, we will explain what additional information is needed rather than disclosing or deleting data. Responses never expose other people's personal data.
